If you trying to avoid meat (maybe you are fasting) then this recepie might give you enough protein while you are shying away from the meat group.
So here are the ingredients of a 5 min preparation and 10 min cooking:
- 1 half onion
- 10 mushrooms ( I guess around 100-200 grams)
- 1 can of peas
- Red paprika (generous amount)
- Salt and B. Peper
- Bit of chilly
- dash of cumin
- Soy sauce
Dice onions, cut mushrooms in any way, you can even reap them out with your hands, it doesn’t matter, whatever is fastest for you. Heat up some oil in a pot, fry onions and mushrooms together, add salt and soy sauce, then salt and black pepper. After 3-4 minutes add in the peas with the fluid from the can, add red paprika generously and a dash of cumin. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then take the pot away from the heat, and let it rest with the cap on for another 5 minutes.
P.S. My father noted that even though it might be tasty it still looks like “crap”….can’t really disagree with him on that one :).
